THE CHALLENGE: Creating a new brand identity for a modern clinic with a naturopathic focus while avoiding the cliched and tried choices that often are the focus of natural medicine clinics. How to bring the focus on the brand and care while developing a unique and confident image for the clinic.

A FOCUS ON SIMPLICITY AND CREATING A CONNECTION WITH CLIENTS RESULTED IN A UNIQUE BRAND IDENTITY 

HOW WE HELPED: It all began with the logo and an unusual colour palette. Interlocking circles and a bold yellow drawn from a photo of a young woman in a sari created a simple elegant statement. The white space and typography helped cement the notion that this was a modern naturopathic clinic with a broad service offering. The brand space was overrun with cliched and outdated ideas built around greens, browns and logos based on plants or herbs. Once the logo was settled on the direction was clear. Simplicity was to be the common thread through the identity kit, website, signage and space. That initial direction of simplification dictated all, in particular, the web presence which was kept as paired down as possible encouraging clients to contact the clinic as that personal client interaction was key to their ability to form trusted relationships.
